Did You Know...
FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This application helps high school seniors looking for funds such as federal grants, work-study, and loans to help them pay for college. Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and easier than ever, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college or career school. Seniors in high school should fill out the application whether they think they will receive funds or not. Some colleges require their students to fill out the application. The application opened October 1st and is a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact Mrs. Weers for more information.
Grit? What Is It?
I believe it’s driven by love. Inspired by vision and purpose. Fueled by optimism and belief. Powered by faith and hope. Revived by resilience. Kept alive by stubbornness. And if we’re honest, it includes some fear of failure and desire to prove oneself.
