Please read the information below for the TECCS 3rd annual Trunk-or-Treat! We are also accepting candy donations for the next few weeks leading up to our trunk-or-treat.

This is an optional activity and it is not expected that all students dress up in costume, however,

if you would like your child to participate, please follow the costume guidelines below:

Costume Guidelines:

🎃 Costumes must be age-appropriate.

🎃 Inappropriate “props” such a Dracula’s blood, plastic swords, guns, knives, and

weapons of any kind are not allowed – even if they are a part of your child’s costume.

🎃 Costumes must not restrict a child’s movement and hinder them from learning, especially in

gym classes.

🎃 To ensure students’ safety, footwear must follow the appropriate school attire policy.

Any student who attends school in a costume that violates the above guidelines parents or

guardians will be contacted to come to the school and provide a change of clothes - no

exceptions.

All students will have the opportunity to join our Trunk-or-Treat event and show off their

costumes! If you do not want your child to participate in the trunk-or-treat, please send an

email in writing to your child’s teacher and administration.

The times are as follows:

⏰ Kindergarten: 12:00 - 12:25

⏰ 1st & 2nd Grade: 12:30 - 12:55

⏰ 3rd & 4th Grade: 1:00 - 1:25

⏰ 5th & 6th Grade: 1:30 - 1:55

⏰ 7th & 8th Grade: 2:00 - 2:25
