Self Love
How we take care of and feel about ourselves is so important! Having increased self esteem supports us in building healthy relationships with others and increases our confidence. As we move into the month of February, try doing this worksheet with your student to see what they love most about themselves and how they practice self care.

Looking Ahead
Time to get excited! Pull out your favorite books or find some new books at the library! In the month of March, our students will be participating in a READ for Ronald McDonald House Charity event! Please see the attachment to learn more. Students will also be bringing home packets in mid-February with all of the information you will need to help kick this fundraiser off!
