During His Summer with Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon. Harry and Dudley are attacked by Dementors.Harry gets Expelled from hogwarts from using magic from fighting the dementors and gets expelled hogwarts but they decide otherwise and he doesnt get expelled.Later Harry is taken to 12 Grimauld place which also serves as headquaters of the Order of the Phoenix, a secret organizeation lead by Albus Dumbledore dedicated to figting Lord Voldemort. At Hogwarts Harry Gets a New defence against the dark arts teacher;Doleres Umbridge, like most other people refuses to belive that Voldemort has Returned.

Later in the book Harry has visions of Siruis being attaked at the ministry of magic and Harry and his friends fly there. Once they are there Harry reilises that the Vision was controled by Voldemort to get him to the Ministry.
