Anyone Entering Franklin
All parents/guardians/visitors to Franklin must have a valid state ID or driver’s license. These will be entered into the Raptor identification system. This process only takes a short time to complete. Once you have clearance, a visitor pass will be printed and attached to a lanyard that you must wear throughout the building. The office will hold your ID until you return to the office and return the lanyard that was given to you. We request that you please be patient with staff as we proceed with this district-mandated safety procedure.
Student-Parent Handbook
Franklin Elementary School, along with all District 64 schools, operates following policies and practices that have been reviewed and implemented by the District 64 Board of Education. Please review the D64 Student-Parent Handbook before the start of the school year.
PTA Updates
If you have a student entering Kindergarten in the upcoming school year, there is a new
Facebook group called Franklin Falcons Class of 2036 that we welcome you to join!
This is a great way to stay up to date with all the new info that comes with entering
Kindergarten and also a great way to meet new families and Kindergarten friends!
The PTA would like to say thank you for all of your support and dedication this school year!
We had a great year filled with many wonderful events, fundraisers, activities, and
ceremonies, and all of this was made possible by the families at Franklin.
We would especially like to thank the numerous volunteers that gave up their time to
support our students at school events. It takes a lot of work to plan, prepare and run events
and this could not have been accomplished without volunteers like you working to make it
all happen. As a thank you to our volunteers, we would like to extend an invitation to an End
of Year Volunteer Appreciation celebration. If you have volunteered this year at a PTA-sponsored event, please join us on Thursday, June 8th, from 6 pm – 8 pm at Harp & Fiddle.
Please RSVP by Monday, June 5th by using the link below if you plan to attend.
Who: PTA Volunteers
What: End-of-Year Volunteer Appreciation
When: Thursday, June 8th, 6 pm – 8 pm

As we wrap up another school year, we are already looking ahead to next year and starting
to plan another year of many wonderful events. We know all of this will only be possible
because of our amazing families at Franklin, and we can't say THANK YOU enough!!
We hope everyone has an amazing summer filled with many memories!!
