🌿... to facilitating thoughtful creative corporate wellness programs for leadership within global organizations such as IBM, GSK, and for local hospital system leaders at WakeMed and Baptist Medical and others...
🎙️... to being the keynote speaker for conferences, podcasts, worship services, retreats for resilience, creative process and organizational development.
🔥 ... As a coach, I've witnessed testimonials from clients like "Tom", "Esther", "Rachel", and "Shawnita" transform; professionals in varied stages of development bravely and boldly cross a threshold to find themselves again. It's a great honor to help C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs and small business owners stay in alignment with their passion, purpose and intent without burning out; work-life balance, helping them make self-care non-negotiable.

Along the way, I completed a Masters in Coaching, published 13 years of free Inspiring Nuggets newsletters, volunteered for boards and agencies serving thousands, created a signature mastermind program, became a published author then recorded its audiobook during the stillness of 2020, and a free online course on the (c) Chaos to Calm Stress Scale. And created over 12 years of video content on Youtube and free resources for you to access anytime.
🎨 ... As a process artist, I've had some remarkable commissions throughout the years and love facilitating creative experiences, classes, and retreats that gently guide you through healing and transformation through an integrative approach.
🙏 ... As an interfaith minister, I've also held sacred ceremony for weddings, blessings and end of life care.
💀... I've witnessed the passing of clients, held the hands of the dying, and attended memorials for client's parents-- alongside their journey all the way, nurturing them through grief because leadership does not end at the corporate door. Professionals are people. Humanity matters. We all need a process and support to navigate the crevasse of uncertainty. Coaching helps you accept reality, be present, let go and create what's next.
