Come cheer on our Senior Girls and Boys Basketball teams in the quarter finals at LA on Monday, Feb. 27. Girls vs Gish at 4pm and Boys vs Tache at 5:15pm.

When it's -30 outside we have to bring Outdoor Ed inside! The Outdoor Ed students used avalanche transceivers to practice avalanche safety.

The kids enjoyed some beautiful weather last week on their Cross Country Ski trip to the Strathcona Wilderness Centre.

Our Grade 9 students went to the new Paul Kane School for an information session.

With the cold weather this week our students watched movies during their lunch our in our Movie Room.

Some of our students had the opportunity to participate in the Headstrong Mental Health Conference this week.

Interested in climbing?! Come to the information meeting on Thursday, March 2nd at 12:05 in the Art room. Space is limited! Be sure to attend the meeting to get all the info you need to sign up!

If your child is away and has ordered hot lunch, please email or call the office by 11:00 a.m. to direct your child’s hot lunch. It can be given to a sibling/another student or can be picked up in the office starting at 12:30.

If your child will be absent, please email la@spschools.org or call 780-460-3728 (this is 24 hrs and you can leave a voicemail)

If a student needs to leave early, the office MUST hear from a parent/guardian. Please email or call the office and we will allow the student to sign out & meet you outside (or walk home).

If a student will arrive late, they are to sign in at the office. If we have been informed the student will be late, that will be an excused late. Without hearing from a parent, the student would be marked as unexcused.
