I can't believe we have almost wrapped up February and are heading into March this week! Thank you to everyone that braved the cold, and came out to our annual Math, Makers, and more Night last Thursday! We handed out close to 200 medals at the Olympic games and I know our Patriots had a blast. Please see the note below about a very special event happening this Thursday! Big Art Day is back! Stop by and see a piece of artwork on display from every Patriot. It's going to be a great week and we look forward to seeing every one!

Thursday, March 3rd is Big Art Day. Big Art Day is an art happening to raise awareness of art education and art as a creative force in our communities on a BIG statewide scale. It is organized by the Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) to engage all art educators, their students, and communities in a single day art event. Thursday morning, March 3rd a piece of art from every Jack Patriot will be on display. We encourage parents to visit and see our wonderful pieces on display!

Lunch with a loved one is a wonderful tradition here at Jack! We normally have a Winter Book Fair at this time as well. We felt that it would be safer to postpone our Lunch With a Loved One to Coincide with our book fair to be held in March. More details to come!

Our Jack PTA provides resources and opportunities for learning experiences, volunteering, and just plain fun! Please consider joining by going to http://www.jointpta.org. We love our amazing PTA and the support they provide for our Patriots!
