Re-Enrollment Season

Re-Enrollment for HSPSC 2018-2019 school year is here!! We handed out the Re-enrollment forms and notices earlier this week. Have attached the forms below, we have forms in both English and Spanish.

When you return the Re-enrollment forms, it is imperative that you provide proof of residency. Parents can include any of the following as proof of residency:

• utility bill
  
• cell phone bill
  
• lease agreement
• etc

If you want to re-enroll online go to your Family Access through Skyward and fill out the Re-Enrollment Online Form. You will have the option to upload your proof of residency online or submit it to the school’s registrar. You will receive a confirmation email that your application for re-enrollment has been received if a valid email address was provided. If you do not intend on re-enrolling your child to campus for the 2018-2019 school year, please indicate this on the form.

f you return the re-enrollment form and proof of residency by December 6th at 5:00 pm your child(ren) will be eligible to receive 5 days of free jeans that can be used on Dec 11th - 15th.
