As of September 1, 2021, Maine law requires all students to have received certain immunizations in order to enroll in school. Students not fully immunized will not be allowed to attend Brunswick schools for the 2023-24 school year. The district's 2023-24 Immunization Compliance Protocol is on our website. Please review this protocol to ensure your student is fully immunized and will be able to attend Brunswick schools in the fall. Please direct questions to your student's school nurse.

Brunswick High School achieved "Unified Champion School" status earlier this year. This tremendous honor was recognized by ESPN, who highlighted BHS as its spotlight school for the 2022-2023 academic year.

"A Surgeon General’s Advisory is a public statement that calls the American people’s attention to an urgent public health issue and provides recommendations for how it should be addressed. Advisories are reserved for significant public health challenges that require the nation’s immediate awareness and action."
