Out of all the Habits of Mind, Listening with Empathy is probably the most powerful. Think about how critical it is to listen to others and thoughtfully understand and communicate with a diverse range of personalities. How do we know if we're empathetic listeners? Sometimes we say that we are listening, when actually what we are doing is rehearsing in our heads what we are going to say next!

Friday Farmstand - Every Friday, 2:15-3:15pm

Saturday Farm Work Day - This month will be on Saturday, Feb. 24th, 9am-11am Special Guest Instructor, MR. SCOTT! Creating Healthy Soil. Learn while working at the school farm. Includes: learning about compost, using it in your garden, and importance of healthy soil. Donation of $5-$10 suggested.

Other farm jobs - weeding and trimming in the garden, watering 'Aina gardens at A and B buildings.
