A big congratulations to Daisy Granados, winner of the National Latino Peace Officer Association’s (NLPOA) 2020 Harry Cortez Memorial Scholarship! The NLPOA helps students pursue educational and career paths primarily in criminal justice, law enforcement, and administrative justice.

A stellar student, Daisy is supported by Oxnard College’s CARE program, which helps single parents navigate and thrive on our campus. She is currently pursuing Associates degrees in Criminal Justice and Administrative Justice with a long-term goal of serving in the FBI.
