Attire Parents: Hebron Spirit Wear

• We will be releasing student performers at 3:00 pm.
• Groups performing include ASL signing Hawks, Band, BSU, Cheer, Choir, Drill, and NJROTC. Parents of performing students may attend the pep rally.
• We encourage you to arrive before dismissal and be in the Arena by 3:30 pm.
• Hebron Admin will be at the doors of the Arena starting at 3:00 pm.
• We have asked all athletic teams, fine arts programs, and student clubs/organizations to attend wearing their team/organization t-shirt, sweatshirt, or uniform top.

• Percussion Ensemble and Sectional schedule from Mr. Koch. Color Guard JV-V schedule from Mr. Josey. See in newsletter, below.
• Solo and Ensemble digital entry process begins this week. UIL Solo entries must be completed by Tuesday PM. Details in class.

Symphonic has all of your music; WS, CB1/2 expect music this week. We’ll start rehearsing this music in class shortly after it is handed out.

• Our Mattress Fundraiser is coming up in less than two weeks! On Sunday, February 4th. We have less than half of the spots filled and we need a lot more people to sign up to make this day a success. This is a super easy volunteer job, the signup has all the details. Please go signup so the Fundraising Team can stop worrying!
• We are hard at work getting ready for the Band Golf Tournament fundraiser that will be taking place at the end of May. There are a lot of details that go into hosting a tournament and we could really use some more help. In particular, we could use more help with the sponsor/donor/silent auction parts of the tournament. The golf tournament has the potential to raise a lot of money for the band, so please come help us make it a huge success!   Students will receive credit towards their $450 fundraising goal with every family/friend that makes a purchase.

  1 mattress or 1 adjustable base - $25 fundraising credit

  2 mattresses/adjustable bases - $50 fundraising credit

  3 mattresses/adjustable bases - $100 fundraising credit

  4 mattresses/adjustable bases - $175 fundraising credit

  5 mattresses/adjustable bases - $250 fundraising credit

  **fundraising credit will also be given for other items at varying percentages

Our Mulch Mayhem fundraiser will kick off on February 4 – March 1 with delivery to school March 23rd. Right now we are looking for people that have or have access to these type of vehicles:

· Any type of pick up truck

· Any length of trailer

· Pull behind trailer

We would need you to be available all day on March 23 for potential delivery of bagged mulch to surrounding areas, and you will have a crew to help load and unload. Please fill out the Google form below if you are able to assist.
