2023-2024 Aftercare

When: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when school is in session.

3pm-5pm

Cost: $10 per hour per child.

Additional siblings are $5 per hour.

Partial hours will be rounded up.

You will be invoiced weekly on Tuesday, via your child's teacher, for the previous week of care.

Each invoice should be paid in full by the indicated date on the invoice.

Cash only.

Where: Miss Michelle's room

Snacks are not provided. You may send a snack in your child's backpack to enjoy once they get to the aftercare room. Any absences on a scheduled aftercare day should be emailed to Miss Michelle.

For occasional care:

1. Email Michelle Sett (Miss Michelle) at msett@eaglecenter.us to reserve your spot. Spots are limited. Advanced notification is best when possible.

2. Wait for confirmation email.

3. Once confirmed, inform your child's teacher of your scheduled aftercare.

4. Your child's teacher will bring your student to aftercare at 3pm.

5. Remember to pack an after school snack.

For reoccurring weekly care (every Tuesday, or every Wednesday, etc.):

1. Email Michelle Sett (Miss Michelle) at msett@eaglecenter.us by August 1 to reserve your spot for the school year.

2. Wait for confirmation email.

3. Once confirmed, inform your child's teacher of your scheduled aftercare.

4. Your child's teacher will bring your student to aftercare at 3pm.

5. Remember to pack an after school snack.
