*Teacher Assistants: I need to complete your annual evaluations by May 1st. I will be observing you during the week of April 11th. If you have a time preference for the week please send it to me and I will do my best to see you during that time. I will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the evaluation during the week of April 25th.
*Attendance Reward: I have decided to reschedule this day. We have a large number of students who have met the attendance expectations (decided by the RTI team) for the trimester 2 reward. Students must have 5 or less unexcused absences, tardies and/or dismissals. Class lists with qualified students will be distributed on Monday. The reward day will be Friday, April 1st. The RTI team will send time details etc. by Wednesday of this week.
*Trimester 2 report card distribution will be on Tuesday, March 29th.

*The Rhode Island Black Storyteller, Len Cabral will present for an assembly on Monday, April 4th. 9:15am for grades K and 1 (cafeteria), 10:15am for grades 2,3 and 4 (gymnasium).

*4th grade Special Education Case Managers will attend a meeting with Mr. Guiot (DMS principal), Mrs. Wahl (DMS Special Ed. Dept. Chair) and myself on Wednesday, April 6th at 10:00am. I will contact you with a specific schedule. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your LRE predictions for our 4th grade students who will be attending DMS next year.
