Listen Learn Return

District 303 Families,
You’re invited to join me on February 1 for a conversation about Operations within our schools and the action steps we’re taking to move our District forward. Operations is one of the themes that emerged from our Listen Learn Return initiative, with feedback on class and building sizes and overcrowding concerns.
Last fall, we asked students, staff and community members to tell us about the challenges facing our District, opportunities for growth, and points of pride. Now, we invite you to our return meetings to explore the feedback we received in the fall, discuss what current processes are in place and what plans are on the horizon to address the theme of District Operations.
Our goal on February 1 is to provide you with a status report of the action steps for this theme. While there is still work to be done, it is important that we continue to engage our community along the way and inform you of the processes driving our work.
There will be two in-person opportunities to participate in this conversation, with both a morning and afternoon session on February 1. We will be recording our morning session and posting the video online, should you be unable to attend. In addition, you’re encouraged to submit questions about District Operations ahead of the meeting, which can come from attendees and non-attendees. We’ll do our best to answer submitted questions during our meetings, along with questions we receive that day.
Attend a February 1 session or ask a question about Operations

Evening Session: 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Thank you,
Dr. Paul Gordon
District 303 Superintendent
