POSITIVITY PROJECT
The Positivity Project
The Positivity Project is a resource to empower students to build positive relationships and become their best selves. The Positivity Project trait we will be learning about next week is Perspective. The following week the Positivity Project trait we will study is Forgiveness. We are very excited to provide consistent instruction to help students enhance their self-awareness, self-confidence, understanding and appreciation of others, and interpersonal relationships.
Cell Phone & Cell Watchesπ±β
Students can bring cellphones and cell watches to school if they remain turned off and in their back pack. Please remind your student that if they are brining a cellphone or cell watch to school, that it needs to stay in their backpack while at school and on the bus. It is only for emergency use only. Parents please do not call or text your child during school hours as they are in school learning.
IMPORTANT ON ARRIVAL TIME
Arrival Time
Just a reminder that students can enter the building at 7:30AM. Students are marked late if they are arriving after 7:40. We do the pledge promptly and it is disruptive during this morning announcement, to the teacher and to the classroom.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I LOVE YOU GUYS β€οΈ
Standard Response Protocol
Salt Creek District 48 has adopted a new emergency protocol response from the I Love U Guys Foundation. This is a program that has been adopted by many of the schools within DuPage County. Over the summer, the administrative team attended training on the protocol and is passing along the training to all staff. We also want to make families aware of the five different protocols so you can be familiar with the language you may hear your child or the school use.
