District Leadership Update
June 6th, 2023

BCSD Leadership Updates
Thank you all for your support as we close out the 2022-2023 school year. We are excited to begin anew with our students and staff in August as we remain focused on our core business of teaching and learning.
Intentional and strong instructional school leadership is paramount to ensuring success for each of our students. With this in mind, we have spent the last seven months visiting schools, meeting with various internal and external stakeholders, dissecting data, reviewing Gallup strengths, and working with teams at the district and school levels to gain a deeper understanding of our strengths and opportunities.
We have carefully considered the following leadership updates based on individual and team strengths and are confident and excited about what we will be able to accomplish together this school year and in years to come.
Vacancies created as a result of these administrative updates will be addressed, and additional information will be forthcoming.
