Dear Families,
I want to thank you all for finishing the year strong by supporting your child each and every day. Thank you for your perseverance and guidance. I am reminding students to keep it up, give their best and remember to smile!
We have some awesome end of the year events coming for students and families. The last day that students will attend class is June 16th. We will be having field day on this day as well!
Also mark your calendars for June 17th! There will not be any class sessions this day. Instead we will be inviting families to come to Joan Austin to say goodbye for the summer. Parents and students are invited to park in the parking lot and walk the main loop where all teachers and staff will be waiting to cheer, say "Happy Summer" and send your children off with smiles!
5th grade parents will also be invited to attend a "5th Grade Recognition" the morning of June 17th from 9 - 10:15 am!
Please add June 17th to your calendar. Our office and teachers will be sending home details soon!
