International Dot Day-September 15th!
Dot Day is centered around the picture book, The Dot, by Peter H. Reynolds. The Dot is the story of a caring teacher who dares a doubting student to trust in her own abilities by being brave enough to "make her mark". What begins with a small dot on a piece of paper becomes a breakthrough in confidence and courage, igniting a journey of self-discovery and sharing, which has gone on to inspire countless children and adults around the world.
We have a variety of creative ways to celebrate this day with our students learn more about the book, visit the link HERE. We can't wait to celebrate this story with art and more!

Wildcat Saturday Study Hall & Homework Help
The Woodland Saturday Study Hall and Homework Help program will continue running for the next few weeks to give all of our Wildcats the chance for a strong finish to the school year. We know that some students may need a little extra support, a quiet place to study, or a place to complete projects and assignments as the end of the school year approaches. This program is FREE and open to ALL District 50 students. The program has been very well received by district families, and we are excited to offer this extra layer of academic support.
