The PGJH Pulse (Parent Edition)

Parent/Teacher Conferences are fast approaching, so mark your calendars! Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, February 6th, and Thursday, February 8th, from 3:30-6:30 p.m. We will hold them in the cafeteria and extend into the hallways as well. We will place our core subjects in the cafeteria and we will place our elective classes primarily in the English and Social Studies hallways. Our first night we will be able to showcase our National History Day projects in the cafeteria as well, so this should be an extra special evening! See you there, parents!

• Thursday, February 8 - P/T Conferences - 3:30-6:30 p.m; TBD - Girls & Boy JH BB at District Tournament 6:30/7:45 at Gentry (Semifinals)
• Friday, February 9 - Science PLC Planning Day (All Day); District Leadership Meeting @ PGJH - 9-10:30 a.m.
• Saturday, February 10 - Girls & Boys JH BB at District Tournament 5:00/6:30 at Gentry (Finals)
• Monday, February 12 - Science Curriculum Committee Meeting @ Central Office (All Day); Social Studies PLC Planning Day (All Day)
• Monday, February 19 - Make-up Snow Day - School In Session

Happy National School Counseling Week to our amazing, do-it-all counselor, Amber Stucki! We couldn't keep PGJH afloat without this talented lady, and we are astonished at all she does to keep us sane, happy, functioning, and alive on the regular around here. Amber is always thinking of others and rarely herself, and so we are glad there is an entire week dedicated to her and plan to celebrate her a little bit each day this week. Thank you for ALL you do for the staff, students, and community of PGJH, Amber. It is more than you know!

Mr. Kellogg and Dr. Campbell wanted all staff to be aware of some recent changes to the architectural designs for the new junior high. The art room has been moved from the top floor to the bottom floor for ease of access and a teacher work room has been added to the top floor where the art room was previously.
