Team Store to benefit the Washington Family

There is an online store open now through December 22nd for you to order West High basketball gear. Orders will be placed online and can be sent to your home or available for pick up at the school. All profits from this sale will go to the Kristina Washington family (a former West High basketball player) who recently lost their home to a fire. Technology Survey

Technology continues to evolve and play a key role in learning. One recent emerging technology claiming to transform education is artificial intelligence (AI). As the district explores both the potential and pitfalls of AI, we wanted to gain your insights. The questions within the survey will help us better understand your knowledge of AI, what concerns you may have, as well as what hunches you have about its ability to enhance student learning. In addition, your expertise will assist in the creation of guidelines for both teachers and students as they use artificial intelligence in the classroom. Your anonymous feedback will play a crucial role in ensuring artificial intelligence is not only accessible but used responsibly and effectively to enrich student learning experiences. We greatly appreciate your time and thoughtful responses to the probing questions.

Athletic Equipment/Uniforms

If you/your student have any athletic department issued equipment, bags, uniforms, warmups, etc. in your possession, please turn those in to the athletic or main office at your earliest convenience.

THIS INCLUDES SPOTS WITH NO POSTED HANDICAPPED SIGN WITH ONLY THE HANDICAPPED SYMBOL PAINTED ON THE GROUND. THIS ALSO INCLUDES HANDICAPPED SPOTS THAT ONLY HAVE A HANDICAPPED SIGN WITH OR WITHOUT THE HANDICAPPED SYMBOL PAINTED ON THE GROUND. IT IS ILLEGAL TO PARK IN SPOTS MARKED AS HANDICAPPED WITHOUT A HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT EVEN IF YOU ARE ONLY IN THE SPOT FOR A FEW MINUTES! VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
