At the forefront of decisions that are made in the high school this year are the following three goals:

1. Improve student attendance to 95%
   
2. Improve graduation rate to 95%
3. Improve student perception on school climate/safety (data taken from PBIS climate survey)

In order to best get to know our brand new freshmen we will be conducting brief, five minute interviews, throughout the next month. These meetings will be taking place alongside our senior meetings so they may continue into November if necessary.

Seniors have begun their Individual Progress Reviews with their school counselors to discuss plans for life after high school. These meetings are required, and it is up to the student to schedule them via the link provided on the Class of 2024 Schoology Resources page (we also posted them below), or by scanning the QR code located on the posters throughout the high school.

We will host the SUNY Roadshow September 27th from 9:30-10:30 in the gymnasium. This is a mandatory assembly for our juniors and seniors. The SUNY Roadshow is a group of admissions representatives from several SUNY schools. They share information regarding the SUNY system, specifics regarding their schools, and the college application process.
