Basketball try-outs are coming soon and we don't want you to be left out! A BCS physical is required for all students in order to try out for any sport! Physicals must be completed by a doctor and parent. Physical forms can be obtained in the office or from the coach.
Don't forget we have an amazing resource at our school - the Shenandoah Mobile Clinic is here every Thursday! They are able to complete the physician part of the physical form. The application for the mobile clinic can be obtained from the office/school nurse/coach. However, we only have two Thursdays left before try-outs so please get the application turned in as soon as possible!
