Student of the Week
The A-Gr student of the week is Charles "Charlie" Blyth,
nominated by Mr. Andrews.
I am nominating Charlie because he is a responsible young man. He takes initiative to clean up after others without having to be asked to. He is a doer and doesn't wait for someone else to complete the things that need to be done.
The Gs-Om student of the week is Tallulah Johnson,
nominated by Ms. Zotyka.
I have chosen Tallulah as the student of the week because she has equated the pillar of Responsibility within these first 3 weeks of school. She is always completing her assignments or tasks on time, asking for clarification on homework/schoolwork, and always utilizing her time in zero period to get her work done.
The On-Z student of the week is Kadence Paul,
nominated by Mrs. Cummins.
Kadence exudes the respect character trait day in and day out. She is always the first to pay attention when I am addressing the class and encourages other to do the same, and she is incredibly polite when asking questions or getting help. She comes in with a smile and is ready, prepared, and happy to learn every day!

GroupFund Donation Fundraiser
We are kicking off a GroupFund Donation fundraiser.
The attachment helps instruct parents to what we are doing if they want to help, or if they are worried about safety. This is new for the kids ages 13/under as a safety precaution.
It gives them the option to do it at home with them after their kid brings home the Student Handout QR registration handed out on Tuesday next week.
PBIS Rewards and Donations
PBIS Expectations & Rewards - PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports. One large piece is explaining expectations upfront. Another piece is rewarding students when we see those focused on positive behaviors. 3 campus-wide expectations posters are placed throughout the campus and added below.
We are using LiveSchool this year and your student can log through Classlink on the LCISD webpage (at the top) to start to explore what this is all about. They do NOT need a phone to do this. It can be done on a laptop or computer.
Parents if you are interested in donating to the PBIS school store the following list is a great start. We accept all donations both monetary and items. Student will begin being able to purchase items during lunch with their LiveSchool points.
Click below to order donations:
You can drop them off in the front off or have them mailed to the school.
