The performances of the Totally Trollwood Musical The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition are just days away! The TTM team is in the midst of dress rehearsals and is working hard to put the final touches on their incredible show. Wizard of Oz performances are next Tuesday and Wednesday, August 2-3 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Rehearsals for the Trollwood Children's Theatre production of Seussical Kids and The Trollwood Players' production of The Best of Trollwood Sketch Comedy are wrapping up their second week and their performances are also quickly approaching!

The fifth and final week of ArtSpark wraps up with four performances on Friday. It has been wonderful having all of the ArtSpakers on campus at Trollwood the last two weeks. Nothing beats seeing young students having a blast and growing as artists.

Tickets for the Totally Trollwood Musical The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, the Trollwood Children's Theatre production of Seussical Kids, and The Trollwood Players production of The Best of Trollwood Sketch Comedy are available now! All tickets will be reserved individually online. You will no longer have to wait in line for a good seat. Just pick one from the seat map online!

It was a big and eventful week for the Totally Trollwood Musical as they prepare for next week's performances! Performances are next Tuesday and Wednesday, August 2 and 3 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check out photos from rehearsal below!

Lily Damico and Jadyn Frey, who play Dorothy and the Scarecrow in TTM's Wizard of Oz, performed at the StartupBREW Fargo event at Drekker Brewing on Wednesday. Check out their preview performance!

Each week, Trollwood Performing Arts School will celebrate its senior students through feature articles. You will get to know each of our seniors and what their plans are for life after high school. Seniors were also recognized in a ceremony during Sun Celebration. Please join us in congratulating them and wishing them luck in their future endeavors!

Wren Paul, a Fargo North High School graduate, has been involved with Trollwood for two years. Wren was in the cast of the Trollwood Players play Lifecycles in 2021 and has taken acting, improv, film production, and media studies classes. Click here to read more about Wren!

Sophie Schulz, a Moorhead High School graduate, has been involved in Trollwood for 11 years. She was in the cast of the Mainstage Musicals Hello, Dolly! in 2018, Disney's Freaky Friday in 2019, Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella in 2021, and has been cast in Singin' in the Rain for 2023. Trollwood Children's Theatre had its second week of rehearsals this week. Things are moving along for the cast of Seussical Kids as they continue to prepare for their performances on August 9. Check out photos below!

Trollwood Performing Arts School offers rewarding volunteer opportunities working with positive and fun people to benefit a great cause! There’s a place for everyone at Trollwood! You can volunteer in any area that interests you and no experience is required. We’d love for YOU to join the Trollwood volunteer force. Without our dedicated volunteers, Trollwood would not be able to have such a positive impact on the youth of our region.

We are seeking volunteers to help with costume alterations and ushers for Totally Trollwood Musical, Trollwood Children's Theatre, and Trollwood Players in July and early August.

Trollwood was filled with elementary schoolers last week as ArtSpark returned with four sessions happening simultaneously on the Trollwood campus. There were two sessions of Grades K-2 and two sessions of Grades 3-4. They each wrapped up their week with a performance on Friday in the Scheels Living Room. The final group of ArtSparkers for this summer has been here this week and will wrap up the summer with four performances on Friday. Check out performance photos below!

In the words of Singin' in the Rain's Cosmo Brown, "The show must go on! Come rain, come shine, come snow, come sleet! The show must go on!" Even though the Mainstage Musical is postponed a year, the Singin' in the Rain crew is still hard at work preparing for Summer 2023!

The technical crew is hard at work getting ahead on the set build for 2023's Singin' in the Rain. The set will feature 10 turntables including turntables stacked on top of turntables. Check out the photos of part of the set below!
