This year we are excited to bring the Teacher Mentor Program to OCPS ACE.
Your team: Mr. Clark [3rd year teachers], Mr. McMahon [2nd year and above] and Mrs. Dariso [1st year; & Team]
Mission: Teacher Mentor Team to create a Climate of Awareness and Support.
The Plan: In our efforts to ensure no teacher is left behind and provide a greater focus on supporting all our teachers we have combined the New Teacher Induction with Team Building Activities to Encourage, Motivate and Mentor all teachers on our campus.
Purpose and Goal for the Teacher Mentor Team: to establish a working relationship among professional peers to collaborate varying skill sets to increase capacity, morale and student achievement.
It’s this extra degree of service that catapults our Mission Statement – “Together We Can”
