The winter weather has definitely welcomed us into January! The snow brings a lot of excitement to our recess times and it is great to see the kids having so much fun. As a reminder, please be labeling all of your child's snow gear. So many times one glove or a hat is dropped and if it was labeled, it would be so much easier for it to get back to it's home! The lost and found was cleaned out over winter break. There were approximately 10-15 winter coats in the lost and found that were not donated because I am convinced someone is missing them. If your child is down a winter coat, please have them check out the lost and found or you can come in to take a look. I would love for them to get back to their owners!

Today was an unexpected day off, but I hope your children are getting to have a little fun in the snow before it becomes bitterly cold next week. As a a reminder, we go outside for recess if the "real feel" is above zero degrees.

Penelope and Savannah donated new playground equipment with the money they made at The Frosty Fest! Brand new basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, and chalk will be out on the playground thanks to the generosity of Penelope and Savannah. Thank you!

SAVE THE DATES: After School Enrichment at Ferson Creek will be held March 4th-7th and 11th-14th immediately following school and concluding at 4:20pm.

Be on the look out!! Registration for families will be open from 2/12/24 to 2/16/24. We will also begin taking parent volunteers that week!

The Spirit Morning schedule has been updated with dates for second semester. Please come and join us for a morning of welcoming our Ferson students to school. Each month we have a theme to welcome students into their school day. If you are interested in helping bring some excitement to school drop off from 7:40 - 8:00 am, sign up here.
