The Week Ahead:

Monday, December 18th

*Basketball B/G @ RRMS (Away- 5:30)

*School Holiday Dress Day (Must wear your ID to participate): Holiday Headgear- Wear a Christmas hat, antlers, headband, etc.

Tuesday, December 19th

*Christmas Concert @ JHW (6:30)

*School Holiday Dress Day (Must wear your ID to participate): Wear a Tacky Holiday Sweater/Shirt with blue jeans or uniform pants (no rips, holes, frays, jeggings, etc.)

Wednesday, December 20th

*School Holiday Dress Day (Must wear your ID to participate): MistleToes-Let your toes show! Wear Christmas socks with crocs, slippers, slides, flip flops, etc.

Thursday, December 21st

*Girls Basketball vs. Breaux Bridge (Home- 5:30)

*School Holiday Dress Day (Must wear your ID to participate): Candy Cane Day- Wear red and white

Friday, December 22nd

*School Holiday Dress Day (Must wear your ID to participate):

Pajama Day- Students may wear loose fitting pajamas pants with a matching pajamas shirt or t-shirt. NO tight pajamas pants or leggings. (NO light colored pajamas are allowed.) Students without an ID will spend the day in ISS. Students wearing tight pajama pants or leggings will call home to get a change of uniform clothes. NO exceptions!!!

*End of 2nd 9 weeks

*EARLY DISMISSAL @ 11:00!!!! (Walkers and parent pick up students who are not eating lunch will be dismissed at 10:30)

Upcoming:

Christmas Break: Monday, December 25th to Friday, January 5th

Monday, January, 8th: Staff returns to school- no students

Tuesday, January 9th: Students return to school

Breakfast: 7:00 - 7:15

Homeroom: 7:18

Dismissal: 2:35 (1st bus load and parent pick up students)

2:38 (2nd bus load and walkers)

We are so excited to continue to offer this wonderful technological tool to all of our students. Students will be issued a daily use Chromebook to complete activities; however, Chromebooks will remain on campus unless a need arises for remote learning.

Students must be in their homeroom no later than 7:23 to receive their Chromebooks in homeroom. Any student arriving after this time will not be allowed to go to homeroom to pick up their Chromebook (so as to not disturb that class). We appreciate your efforts in having students arrive at school on time.

Due to safety issues, the drop-off and pick-up area is in the back of the school by the stadium. Please do not drop off or pick up students in front of the school.
