Graduation will be held Sunday, June 26 at 10:00 am , outside on our home turf, the HF-L James Dollard Stadium! We won't be limiting the number of family members. We will keep you updated with more information as it is available.

Seniors - the Senior Superlative pictures will be taken after school on Tuesday Jan 25th and Thursday Jan. 27th. Please meet Emma Kidd and Rhyann Tanner in the lobby on those days to have your picture taken. Please be creative with your pictures!

On Wednesday January 26th, please join Mr. Quinter and Mrs. Berends for a mandatory Unified Basketball Meeting at 2:15 in 214 for those who are interested in playing.

EMCC and MOF programs will be open for students four (4) out of the five (5) days during the week of January 24-28 and will only close to students on Wednesday, January 26th ()in order to provide whole staff professional development (PD)).

EMCC AND MOF STUDENTS WHO WISH TO ATTEND SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY THE 26TH AT HFL HS, MAY DO SO, BUT WILL NEED TO FIND THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION.

HFL HS WILL OPERATE UNDER A NORMAL SCHEDULE THAT WEEK NOW THAT REGENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED FOR JANUARY'

Please see the attached flyer and application form for an opportunity for summer research in the University of Rochester's Laboratory for Laser Energetics. This program runs from July 5 through August 26 of 2022. from 8:30 am-5:30 PM . Open to 12 highly motivated Rochester area high school students who have just completed their junior year.

Participants work 40 hours per week and receive $15 per hour. Click on the flyer for the application. Students must submit a transcript, a recent report card, a letter of recommendation and a short essay.

The Bristol Mountain Trip will be February 4th. Permission slips and money must be handed in to class advisors by February 1st. Check your email for the forms.

Be sure to stop by Counseling to pick up your Late Arrival/ Early dismissal form which must be completed for the Spring semester. The procedure is, you MUST fill out a new form for the Spring Semester.

FYI to all students who plan on registering for and taking the SAT on March 12.

The test coordinator at HF-L HS had to cancel the March 12th SAT administration at HFL-HS.

Students will still be able to register to take the exam on this date at other schools in our area offering the exam.

We will pick up as usual with the May and June SAT dates and we apologize for any inconvenience!

This is a reminder that all students are allowed one entree per lunch period. Extra food, such as an additional slice of pizza, must be paid for. Students wishing to purchase extra food must first pay off any negative balances you may have. ALL students must stop at the cash register before exiting the food service area.

This is a reminder to the entire population of the building...Covid cases are again on the rise... whether in the classroom or the hallways, please keep your masks pulled up over your nose, mouth, and chin. It's important for your health and for those around you. Thank you for your cooperation.

All students and staff , please take your computers / devices home with you at the end of each day. This is NOT a message that we won't be opening, we just want to be prepared.
