Scripture For Grief, Recovery, & Joy for Week 10

This Weeks Scripture
But now, this is what the Lord says—
he who created you, Jacob,
he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
Isaiah 43:1-2 NIV
Preparation for this week
When preparing for the week ahead, think about the following: God's Promises Never Fail; They Are Steadfast and Sure.
Food for Thought
Today, as followers of Christ, we are reminded that God’s love and protection are deep and vast. No matter what life throws our way, we can take comfort in knowing that God promises to always remain with us and protect us from harm or danger. As His children, we have been redeemed by Him through the blood of Jesus Christ.
God's promises never fail; they are steadfast and sure. Today’s scripture reminds us that when we pass through troubled waters, feel like the waves may just take us, or the fire may consume us - He will be there with u,s protecting, comforting, and guiding our steps. Trust in His faithfulness as a shield around our lives!
How can you lean more into God’s shield or protection and love today?
Goals
Maybe you have a 1, 3, 5, 10 or even 20-year goal. As we kick off March, take some time to check in and evaluate your progress on these bigger goals. It is hard to believe, but we are already almost a ¼ of the way through the year. What is something you can do this week to keep you moving towards your larger goals? Maybe it is creating or updating that vision board so you can keep your goals and God’s purpose for your life front and center.
Today, we are reminded we can accomplish anything we set our minds to without fear or discouragement through Jesus!

Today's Scripture
The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.
Exodus 15:2 ESV
Today's Guide
When preparing for today, think about the following: God is Our Strength and Protection in Every Way.
Food for Thought
Today’s scripture reminds us that He is our God, and He should be praised and exalted all the days of our lives - that means in the good and the bad, when we are thriving, and when we feel like the waves may just overcome us.
He is our protector, standing guard over us when we are at our strongest and when we feel most vulnerable or alone. He fights for justice on our behalf daily, shielding us from harm with an unfailing love that never fails to amaze those who follow and trust in Him. He stands as a beacon of light in the midst of darkness, showing us that no matter how difficult things may seem at times, there will always be something better just around the corner IF we take refuge in His presence.
He gives us strength when we have none; He lifts us up, restoring our faith in ourselves so we can face whatever comes next with confidence, knowing He has our back each step of the way. He brings joy into sorrowful situations by reminding us that although life can be hard, sometimes it's worth fighting for - He will be with us to the very end, giving us hope and courage every step of the way. He will never leave us nor forsake us, no matter what life may bring - He is the Lord our God, and He alone deserves all of our praise and adoration.
Gratitude
Today’s scripture encourages us to take a moment out of each day to praise the Lord, for He is truly worthy of all honor and glory. He has done so much for us - providing protection in times of need, giving us strength when we thought we had none, and blessing us with days of restoration. Today, find a place to be quiet for just you and Him, sit in His presence, be thankful, and praise Him.
Today's Prayer
Lord, Today and every day, I praise You, for You are my strength and my salvation! Amen.
