Pick-Up and Drop-Off Instructions/Guidelines

Thank you to everybody that has signed up to help out with pick-up and drop-off of student materials and belongings next week. If you are still interested in signing up to help, please place your name in the schedule on THIS FORM.

Because we will be working with so many families, I am asking that we take the following precautions when helping out during each grade level's designated times:

Wear a face mask at all times
wear gloves at all times
You may want to consider bringing eyewear and a change of clothes. Due to handling materials coming from different locations, you don't want to bring any unwanted germs home with you.

SIT Meeting - Monday, June 22nd 10:00 am

As we close out what has certainly been an unprecedented school year, we will be meeting as a school-wide SIT Team on June 22nd at 10:00 am. If you are a teacher interested in helping reflect on our 2019-2020 goals and achievements, please sign up by Friday using THIS FORM. We will need to form breakout groups.

The purpose of this meeting will be to reflect, celebrate, but most importantly refine our goals leading into the 2020-2021 school year. All teaching staff are welcome.

2020 Allotments

Each staff member will be emailed this week with their 2020 summer allotment. As you are ordering your classroom materials, please be mindful that students will not be allowed to share items (i.e. community pencils, dry erase markers, etc.).

When you are building your order in Impact, you may add your items to your cart and submit the cart in checkout. The order will go straight to Patty for approval

June 4, 2020 Grading Record Creation

The CES Application Team will create school grading records
Teachers must Show Dropped Students in their grade books to process grade information for students removed from their grade book after this date and time

June 5, 2020 Grading window opens

Enter any outstanding assignments for MP4
Use the Report Card Preview from Standards option under the Grade Book menu to transfer student scores
Enter Comments

June 10, 2020 Grades must be complete in Gradebook – Transfer Student Marks to the Report Card
