Evolution and change.... NeXus 2019
Thank you Lena!
The NeXus editorial team would like to take this opportunity to thank Lena Danaia for her tireless contribution to NeXus in 2018. Lena, as an original founding editor, is the cornerstone on which NeXus grew out of. In 2018, Lena as the Sub Dean Academic recognised a gap in servicing the PD needs of time-poor academics. With this thought in mind, Lena proactively sought efficient and effective solutions to this challenge, thus the NeXus was born. Lena has provided many hours of support to the creation and development of the NeXus and there is no doubt that her presence, and advice will be missed.
As with many things and many facets of our lives people move on, goals change and projects come to an end and new ones are formed. We wish her well as her journey now continues as the Associate Dean Research.
