What is Camp Gladiator?
Camp Gladiator is a nationally recognized and award winning fitness program. We currently have over 1000+ locations in the DFW area and are growing rapidly!
Camp Gladiator is a four week fitness camp that cycles and runs year round. It is a fun and motivational environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves to reach new goals.

(8-12 pounds for females and 10-20 pounds for males is what I recommend to start with)
REMINDERS:
Never! Every location has a covered or indoor area where camp can be held if needed due to weather. Camp Gladiator is rain or shine!
Our alternative location morning camp is the Springtown Lions Club (1103 North Main in Springtown). I will always post in our community Facebook page if we are moving locations and you can also favorite the locations you attend to get notifications through the app.

2. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE
Camp Gladiator is for ALL fitness levels. Do the best you can at camp! No one is ever holding anyone up or no one is being held up by others. Do what you can and always try your hardest. Kick you own butt!!
3. MODIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED
Ask a trainer or just keep moving on your own. The goal is to keep your heat rate up for the entire hour, so ask your trainer for an alternative exercise if needed.
4. STAY POSITIVE!
This is not an easy workout. Don't get discouraged if you are not able to do something well. Keep working at it and keep coming to camp. Your body will adjust and you will see great improvements.
5.EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT
You might like some workouts more than others. We encourage you to continue coming to camp to experience the entire program.

After my sons were born, I found it difficult to make time for myself and stay healthy. I started out as a camper at CG and was hooked from the very beginning! A consistent schedule, opportunity for unlimited workouts/locations, and the positive atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. My passion for fitness and desire to help others, is what drove me to become a trainer for Camp Gladiator.
