A Note from PTO - Town Center Color Run Fundraiser
TCE Families,
We are excited about our upcoming Town Center Color Run! With the big night only a week away, I will send out daily emails to share our donation progress and the top 3 homerooms that have raised the most funds as a class. As a reminder, all TCE students are able to participate in the Color Run for free on October 14th, 5:30-7:00 p.m. If parents or siblings that do not attend TCE would like to join in on the fun, you can register at www.tcepto.com. Please see below for additional reminders from our PTO:
- All TCE students will be given a Color Run shirt and be able to be a part of the run at no cost. Parents that want to participate in the run can register at www.tcepto.com for $20.00.
- Each class will work together to raise funds and win class rewards when they hit goals overall as a class.
- Donations can be made online at www.tcepto.com, or students can bring in cash or a check (payable to TCE PTO) to their class or the front office. Make sure the donations are marked with your child's name and teacher, so it is added to their class total.
- Please pass along the PTO donation link to family and friends that would be interested in donating.
- Donations from this fundraiser will go to fund Field Day, buses for field trips, Teacher Appreciation Week, and classroom grants.
We'd love for our TCE families to join us in walking or biking to school for Walk to School Day !
Friday Lunch Visitors
We are excited to open our campus again for FRIDAY lunch visitors in this 2nd 9 weeks! We know this is a special treat for families. Thank you for your attention to the process and details below so we can keep safety a priority with visitors coming in and out of our building.
Here are some answers to questions you might have:
What is the process for visiting my child at lunch?
Lunch visitors will be required to sign in at the front office and receive a visitor badge that must be worn at all times. We will need to see a photo ID (either your license or passport).
3. Eat lunch with your child
You will be able to eat lunch with your child in the cafeteria. There will be designated tables for lunch visitors. You may only eat with your child. No other learners may be invited to eat with you. You may purchase lunch in the cafeteria or bring a lunch with you.
4. Sign out in the office
Parents will be dismissed from the cafeteria. You will need to go back through the front office to sign out at the end of lunchtime. Parents will not be able to join their child(ren) back in the class or at recess.
Who can visit my child for lunch?
District guidelines limit lunchroom visitors at the elementary level to parents, immediate family members with written permission from a parent, and campus mentors. Immediate family members are defined as the student’s parents/step-parents, siblings, grandparents, or any person residing in the home. A parent can list the person(s) who have permission to have lunch for the entire school year.
If anyone other than the parent(s) listed as guardians in our district eschool system is eating with the child, we will need written documentation of your approval. I have attached a copy of the form below, and we will have copies in the office, as well.

Most of us understand that individuals can have unique needs and qualities.
