BCPS is looking to start basketball teams at each elementary school. The goal is to have a 4th/5th girls team, a 4th/5th boys team, and a 2nd/3rd co-ed team. Before we can advertise this opportunity to our students, we first have to secure a coach or multiple coaches.

The district is planning to have the high schools run the league. The only thing coaches have to do is practice with their team once a week (twice maximum) and then show up to coach the scheduled games. The league will run from February until Spring Break, although you could begin practicing prior to February.
