In-Person Learners

We are excited to announce that CES, Field, and Dewey will have Open House in each respective building on Tuesday, August 25th. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the beginning of the year as efficiently as possible.


*The time of the visit will be 15 minutes in length.

*During this time, one parent per family will bring his/her student to meet his/her teacher at the scheduled time. The child will leave with the parent when the 15 minutes is complete.

NOTE: If a family has more than one child in the building, please know only one parent will be allowed to attend.

*Bring student supplies, receive classroom SeeSaw login information, visit the learning environment/classroom, receive Title I information, and receive a short activity to complete.

*No school breakfast or lunch will be served on this day.


You and your child will be required to wear a face mask and follow social distancing guidelines.


If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please contact your child's school to reschedule.


We plan to mail teacher letters by August 14, 2020.

Kindergarten- 5th graders first FULL day of school will be Wednesday, August 26th!

Distance Learners

CES, Field, and Dewey students that are Distance Learning will attend an orientation meeting, with one parent, on August 25th at 6:00p.m. The orientation will occur at the Chillicothe High School Performing Arts Center. At this time, you will meet the Distance Learning teachers, pay $20 for IPad/Chromebook insurance to receive the device, and be given the parent/student and teacher expectations.

You and your child will be required to wear a face mask and use social distancing guidelines.
