P.B.I.S. Update
Students will be able to begin shopping using their points on Monday. The plan is to be able to use PBIS points and the computer for this process, but it might also have to be done manually as I am working on figuring the program out.
I think all of the P.B.I.S. letters and cards for new students have been distributed to your mailboxes. I will be looking at the list of people who have not signed up for the app on Wednesday and reprinting the parent letter for them. I will place these in your mailbox Wednesday to resend home.
Positive office referrals have been placed in your box, and there are extra copies outside my door. If you write a student up for good behavior, please let them know you are doing this so they get the immediate sense of accomplishment. Then, put these in my (Jess Ault) mailbox. We will be announcing these students on announcements. After they get announced on announcements, I am asking that you send them to my room for a prize (and some more pats on the back). Thank you Josie Miller, Lori Rister, and Amy Zender for starting us off today with 3 referrals. We will announce these students on Monday!
From August 24 –August 27, we have awarded a total of 4469 points to the students and only had 5 minor referrals and 1 major referral.
