Honor A Veteran
In honor of Veterans Day, Corbett High School would like to pay tribute to those who have served our country by publishing a “Veterans Wall of Honor” to honor veterans that have a connection to Corbett High School and Corbett’s community.
If you know a veteran that lives in Corbett and/or has a connection to a current student at Corbett High School, please submit their information using this Google Form so we can create a Veterans Wall of Honor in the high school during the week of Veterans Day.

Football
The football team finished a tough season with a loss at Toledo, 6-45. The team concluded the season with a 2-7 overall record (2-5 in league).
Cross Country
The cross country team competed in 3A districts at Valley Catholic in Beaverton on Wednesday, October 25.Even with the cold, rain and mud, the team still had a great last race of the season. Some highlights include: Ellie, Aiden H., Natalie, Zevi, Enrique and Asher all set Personal Records. Caiden and Logan A. set Season Records. Zevi became only the 3rd Corbett 9th grader on record to break 20 minutes. At the 3A level, the District Championship is contested by many, many more schools than we compete against in other sports like Track, Volleyball and Basketball. As a result, the women’s and JV teams were running against 29 other schools and men’s varsity team competed against 13 other schools. The Women’s Varsity team placed 13th out of 29 and Junior Varsity team placed 10th. Compared to teams from the Coastal Range League (those that are comparably sized and funded), our women’s team placed 3rd. Olivia placed 6th and earned 1st team All-League in the Coastal Range League. Malena and Cyrus both earned 2nd team All-League honors in the Coastal Range League.
Volleyball
After finishing the season ranked ninth in the state, the Cardinals advanced to the playoffs and hosted Scio on Saturday, 10/28. Corbett defeated Scio 3-1, and will play in the Tournament of Eight for the first time since 2016. The team plays Sisters at 8 am on Friday, 11/3 at Springfield High School. Follow the 3A Volleyball Playoff bracket here.
