I wrote those three words on a sticky note in August 2020, and pinned it to the wall in my office. I was embarking on a new journey as the CTE Director here at Dover High School & Regional Career Technical Center and trying to navigate this exciting opportunity in the middle of a pandemic. These were three attributes that I wanted to hold onto throughout the year no matter what.
Throughout the 2020-2021 school year, I was proud to see these qualities rise to the top in our teachers, our students, and our community. It has been said many times that the past year has tested each of us and was difficult both professionally and personally for so many.
My hope is that we each continue to reflect on both the positive and challenging moments as we move forward to a much deserved summer vacation.
