Congrats team on a fabulous April all while we are in the midst of COVID-19, balancing so many plates, and trying to keep some sort of routine + normalcy to our days. So many of you have still made time for your Beautycounter business and not only that, have thrived this month with your efforts! Truly remarkable!

How do I earn New Volume?

1. A new-to-Beautycounter email orders

2. A client becomes a Band of Beauty Member

3. A new consultant joining your team

All three of these ways will earn you new volume for the entire enrollment month.

For example: a new consultant joins May 8. All QV that a level-one new consultant under you earns is your New Volume during the whole month of May.

For example: a new-to-Beautycounter client orders for the first time on May 15. She places an order one week later. Both orders and any other orders within the month of May count as your New Volume.

For example: Someone has been your client for 6-months and decides to jump on board as a Band of Beauty Member on May 12. That Band of Beauty enrollment order and any other orders after that in May count as your New Volume.

-->If you are Consultant - Senior Manager, you need to get to 500 NV in May to earn this.

-->If you are Director+, you need to get to 1000 NV in May to earn this.
