Thank you for choosing to THRIVE with me! I have put together the following tips as a guide for your THRIVE EXPERIENCE JOURNEY. It is truly unexplainable & different for everyone. It is imperative that you take the product as instructed. Personally, I have noticed more energy, less cravings, less aches & discomforts, and an added bonus some weight loss! THRIVE is not a fix all but fills your nutritional gaps by providing the nutrients your body needs.

It’s truly as simple as 2 pills, a patch, & a shake!

1. First thing in the morning, take your pills right away with water. I keep my pills on my nightstand & chug 8 oz of water. If you are caffeine sensitive, Start Day 1 with 1 pill instead of 2 & see how it goes.

2. Shake it UP! Drink your shake mix within 20-40 minutes of taking your pills. I have plenty of awesome recipes to share.

3.The PATCH! Don’t forget to put your patch on! Instructions state a lean part of your body & rotate areas. Be sure to leave the patch on all day until you replace it the next morning. You can shower and exercise just do not remove because the adhesive will not re-stick.

*Be sure to drink plenty of Water!!! Remember, this is a process! You are detoxing & ridding your body of toxins & fat, so you need plenty of water.

*Small meals during the day. Your metabolism is soaring, so in order to get optimal results, healthy snacks are a must and needed every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
