The Impact of Open Access and Your Dissertation: Clearing the Confusion
What is the Digital Repository?
The ASU Digital Repository is an online resource developed and maintained by the ASU Libraries to permanently store, archive, and share the creative and scholarly output of the University. The majority of items in the repository are freely available for anyone to view and can be discovered through the ASU Libraries website, the ASU Digital Repository, as well as web search engines such as Google and Bing.
The ASU Digital Repository was created to hold works from current and emeritus faculty, research partners, graduate students, and ASU staff members. Undergraduate contributions may be accepted with the approval of a faculty member or by request of the Barrett Honors College.
In particular, the ASU Digital Repository is meant to store and make available scholarly work that is complete and ready for dissemination, such as articles, working papers, technical reports, presentations, recordings of performances, images, data sets, and more.
