Feb. 17 - Immunization Exclusion Day (not related to COVID-19 immunizations)

Updates to Isolation and Quarantine Guideline: On January 11th, Sherwood School District notified families that they had received confirmation from Washington County Public Health Oregon Department of Education to begin implementation of the newest isolation and quarantine guidelines for K-12 schools. The guidelines went into effect immediately and can be found on the Sherwood School District Website: click here

Chromebook Exchange: If your student has not yet been able to exchange their Chromebook new Chromebooks will be available for them in the Media Center. Students must have their current device and power cord in order to exchange.

Exclusion Day: February 19th is exclusion day. Students who have not received required immunizations, or a nonmedical/ medical exemption before the start of school on February 19th will be excluded from school until providing documentation of the receipt of immunization(s), or a nonmedical/medical exemption. Please contact Allison Kopp if you have questions.

Art Group is paused until January 31st due to scheduling issues for Mrs. Clyde. Meetings will resume on January 31st. Thank you for understanding.

Sparrow Club – Winter Warmth / Snack Drive: Sparrow Club will be collecting donations of stocking caps, gloves and/or mittens, hand & feet warmers, and snacks (granola bars, water bottles, etc.) for homeless care packs. Putting the care packs together will be the club’s community service project. Please drop off donations to the front office by January 25th.

Yearbook Photos: Please take a moment to share some photos of your student(s) in the TreeRing shared folders. These could be from Halloween, snow days/activities, holiday photos etc. Click here to upload photos into the TreeRing shared folders. You have plenty of time to order and customize your yearbook but it helps to start early!
