Congratulations to the "Rituals Contest" team (which is a speaking contest). They placed 7th last night as a team in Ste. Gen. The area has 22 schools so they did a great job.

With Project 10Million, T Mobile is offering help to 10 million eligible households over the next 5 years. With Project 10Million, T Mobile is offering offering free hotspots with 100GBs of mobile data each year for five years, plus access to at-cost laptops and tablets, to 10 million eligible k-12 students. Enrollment is open through August 30, 2024.

Parents should visit the website to apply. You do NOT have to be a TMobile customer to apply.

Students in Mrs. Lewis' Leadership Class get to work with our Elementary students every Tuesday and Wednesday. They are required to plan a short lesson to teach and plan a play time activity.

Students are allowed to bring a bottle/ cup with a lid of water everyday. We have bottle fillers they can use to refill them throughout the day.

The office does keep bottled water for students when needed. However, so many students have been getting bottled water that we haven't been able to keep up with staying stocked.

Starting Monday, Oct 3rd, the HS office will start charging 25 cents for a bottle of water to help us with purchasing the water.

Oak Ridge Science Department is raising funds for classroom use. We will be selling items at the Oak Ridge Fall Festival on October 15th, from 12:00-5:00 pm. See the flyer for more information about items that will be for sale. The Cross Country had an amazing day at Perryville on September 27. The High School Boys placed first out of 10 teams and the girls were second out of six teams. Many medals were won.

This was the last meet of the year for the Jr. High. They had an amazing season, and we look forward to next year

Murray State visited Friday during advisory to go over some useful information with our Juniors and Seniors.
