Reopening Plan and Options

The Blair Oaks R-II School District Board of Education approved the Blair Oaks 2020-2021 School Year Reopening Plan on Monday, August 3rd. The input of students, parents, and families was critical to the creation of this plan. Now it is time to execute the plan. To make that happen we again desire your input. Please take a few minutes to answer a few questions to help us meet the needs of all our students and families. The information you provide will help put the finishing details together. At this point, we hope to open school on Monday, August 24th. It may not look exactly like it did before Wednesday, March 17th, but rest assured that we will do our best to provide a safe learning environment for all our stakeholders. We are all in this together. We are Blair Oaks!

Please complete the form below. This information will be used to plan schedules and meet individual needs accordingly. You will need to fill out a form for EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT in your household. We ask that the forms be completed by Friday, August 7th. This will give us the time needed to finalize the balancing of classes before registration next week and enroll any students choosing to sign up for virtual courses.
