KA Carnival is Saturday, August 26

The carnival is just a few days away and we’re so excited to see it all come together!

A few changes for Carnival 2023:

• Games, activities and inflatables are free this year! No payment or wristband is needed to participate!

• Food, drink, and Kona Ice are available for purchase with cash or card. (There are no food tickets this year.)

• Auction bidding and payment are online!

***The raffle is for current Karen Acres Students only and is free! Each student gets 5 tickets.

Bidding and payments are now online! The auction site is live and you can start bidding right away. All items will still be on display at the carnival!

You’ll have to keep reading for the auction link. There’s a little more info you need before you click away from this email! :)

Bidding ends at 5:15 pm, however some of the auction items may go a bit longer. We chose to activate the “extended bidding” feature which adds 3 minute increments if someone bids at the last minute. (It prevents people from “sniping” your item at the last minute.)

You’ll receive an email from 32auctions to pay. Just click on the invoice!

Paying via the email link is the fastest, easiest way to pay and allows you to take your items home with you.

If you can’t make it to the carnival or you have to leave early, you can still bid and win! You’ll pay the same way but pick up your items later.

***Please park in the Aldersgate Church lot, 3600 75th St., or in the street.
