Collaborate on and Share Newsletters and Templates

The Shared Folders and collaboration feature is currently only available to users on our Smore for Teams Accounts.
A Team Account enables teams to create newsletters, share templates, and communicate consistently. Sound interesting?
We understand how important collaboration in the workplace is. In fact, here at Smore, we collaborate on projects and newsletters to share knowledge with each other.
With our Shared Folders feature, you are able to share newsletters with other members of your Team Account and even collaborate on the same newsletter.
In this guide, you will learn everything you nee to know about this feature!
How to Create a Shared Folder
2. Click the "Add a New Folder" button
Once you created the new folder, enter the Folder name. Click "Create" after you have named the Shared Folder.
3. Click the "Share this folder" button
Once you click on the "Share this folder" button, you will be able to add members of your team to the folder.
4. Enter in team members' names
Once you have entered in your team members' names, you can designate their roles within the folder.
5. Determine members' permission levels in the folder
Viewer - can access the Analytics of the newsletters and duplicate them over to their own account.
Editor - in addition to the Viewer's features, an Editor can also add, remove, and edit the master newsletters in the Shared Folders.
Admin - can do all of the above, as well as access the "Manage Sharing" window and delete the entire Folder.
Make sure to click "Done" when you are done with adding members' names and their permission levels.
6. Add your newsletters
Click on the "Add Newsletters" button next to the "Share this folder" button.
7. Select the newsletters
You will see a scrolling menu of the existing newsletters in your account. Check off the newsletters you would like to add to your Shared Folder.
Click "Add newsletter" when you are done selecting the newsletters you would like to add to your Shared Folder.
Where can I find a Shared Folder in my account?
1. Click "Newsletters" in the menu bar
Click on the "Shared folders" option in the drop-down menu.
2. Scroll down to "Shared folders"
What if I want to remove a newsletter from a Shared Folder?
1. Access your Shared Folder
Once you have accessed your Shared Folder, the newsletters that were added to that folder should appear.
3. Look at the menu that appears on the newsletter thumbnail
Click on the "Remove from folder" option.
