We are excited for the support that this FREE Refuge Recovery meeting provides.
- Men and women with ANY addiction are welcome to attend
- Community Members Only (please no inpatient programs)
- Men and women who are interested in an alternative to the 12-Step process but still want support in their recovery
REFUGE MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to help adults to recover from drug addiction and alcoholism through personal insight, individual therapy, group therapy, education and the principles of Buddhism.
ALL BEINGS HAVE THE POWER AND POTENTIAL TO FREE THEMSELVES FROM SUFFERING
Refuge Recovery Centers is a Buddhist-based program providing treatment under the Refuge Recovery model that was developed by Buddhist Teacher and Addiction Recovery Counselor Noah Levine, MA. Through the process of his own recovery, and working with other addicts for over 25 years, he has developed an addiction treatment process that highlights the usefulness of meditation and Buddhist practice in the treatment of alcoholics and addicts.
