HS Master Agreements and Addendums
Teacher Training Email # 11
Creating an MA
Now that you have the Yearly Plan, you are ready to create a Master Agreement. A Master Agreement is a contract with the family that details all that Inspire will provide for the family and all in return that the family provides for the school. The very first step is assigning coursework in the dashboard. Then you will need to add courses to the MA. Below are instructions in both video and PDF format.
Create an MA
What is an Addendum? When is it needed?
An addendum is necessary whenever a change is made to a course or teacher. Courses may be added or dropped and will be noted on Master agreement. This needs a signature from all three working parties: student, parent and HST. Please keep in mind that an addendum cannot be made without the approval of your Senior Director, HSSC, and counselor after the add/drop date for courses each semester.
Now that I have my Master Agreement or Addendum, what is next?
Once you send out the master agreement, a copy will be sent out to the parent for signature requests. When the parent and student sign their copy of the MA, a copy will be sent to you by email for your HST signature.
Remember that the date of your signature must be within 3 days of the student and parent signature.
